e911 Test Plan Procedures

  1. At switch under test; make all trunks busy to Telco Tandem switches.
  2. Initiate 9-1-1-test call from each NNX test number.
  3. Verify proper all trunks bust indication (120 IPM).
  4. Un-Busy trunk #1 to the “Primary Route” Telco Tandem switch.
  5. Initiate 9-1-1 test call from each NNX test number, associated with the PSAP (See test number list).
  6. Verify correct ALI/ANI information with the 9-1-1 PSAP calltaker.
  7. Disconnect the test call.
  8. Make the trunk just tested busy and un-busy the next trunk in the primary route trunk group.
  9. Repeat steps 5 through 8 progressing through all trunks in the primary route trunk group correcting/document ting any problems encountered.
  10. Un-Busy trunk #1 to the “secondary route” Telco Tandem switch.
  11. Repeat steps 5 through 9 progressing through all trunks in the secondary route trunk group.
